Duck solution is certainly one of the best steam cleaning services I used recently. They responded very fast -- I called them around 10:00am in the morning, and some body came my house to work at 2:00pm same day.  Fast response doesn't mean the quality of their work is compromised though. The gentleman did a great job at my house. The carpet, the mattress and the chair all feel like new after his work. I wish I could give 10 stars! I first contacted Ducks Solutions on Monday of this week. I had just returned from an extended vacation to find my carpet badly soiled from doggy oopsies the sitter hadn't been able to clean very well. Additionally, there were lingering odors from much older accidents my home machine failed to eliminate. We set an appointment for the same day and not only were they prompt but were great with communicating ETA. Their technician, Plinio, walked the areas of concern with me and was very careful to pay extra attention to the most difficult spots. He asked me to let the carpet thoroughly dry (2-3 days) and let him know if there were any issues. After 3 days the carpet looked brand new but, unfortunately, the bad odors were still prevalent enough to make enjoying the living room and dining room nearly impossible. They set a follow up appointment for Saturday morning and again were prompt and courteous. Plinio had a very pleasant attitude and didn't appear bothered at all by having to return. After discussing the lingering odor he set to work. Within an hour he was finished. 8 hours later I returned home and so far have not noticed the smell at all. Old-fashioned customer service! I wish I could give 10 stars!! I first contacted Ducks Solutions last Monday regarding some doggy oopsies made while I was away on vacation. The sitter did her best to clean up by hand but the lingering stench was overwhelming. Turns out, Ducks had an opening that same day. Not only did they arrive promptly while keeping me updated with arrival ETA via text, but when their technician, Plinio, arrived, he was careful to walk through the service area with me noting my concerns and areas requiring extra attention. The work was performed quickly but thoroughly. Plinio asked me to let the carpet dry completely (2-3 days) and to call back if any issues remained. On Thursday, I, unfortunately, had to call them back because, although the odor had reduced greatly from the initial cleaning it was still prevalent in the air. They booked a return appointment on Saturday morning, today. There was no bad attitude or no acting as if it was an imposition for them to return. Instead, they gave me old fashioned, great customer focused service. We discussed that the likely culprit is the padding even though that area of my home is brand new carpet. I board dogs as part of my business and for some reason the new carpet is more stubborn to clean than the old areas. Nevertheless, Plinio carefully re-cleaned the carpet. Ducks Solution came through for me when I got a last min BS cancellation from a 5.0 rating company late that day. I had people moving in and was frantically trying to get someone in the same day. Everyone was scheduled for tomorrow until I reach out to Ducks at 4pm. Gustavo was the best. He made calls and was able to find his technician, who did a splendid job in cleaning my carpets, provided me with videos and pictures of the cleaning process and the results. Although I would have preferred that they would pre-vacuumed the carpet first with all the dog hair on the surface, rather than their machine cleaning and vacuuming at the same time, because there was a lot of dog hair. But the job still came out better than expected. I still gave them a 5 for coming through late in the day and gave the tech a good tip for his work. So, if you're in a situation, give Ducks a call and if you get hold of Gustavo, he'll help you out as best he can. The pricing for all carpet companies are very similar, and everyone has their own way of cleaning carpets and boast their way is the best. You have to find one that works for you. I would stay away from a business in Thumbtack who has only 1 employee, the owner himself, with a 5.0, if you need dependability and commitment to show up because one employee only has himself and would rather cancel your appt last min to fit a bigger job and reschedule yours. Had my sofa upholstery steam cleaned they came to do it were very punctual on time but I was not satisfied as was not to my satisfaction. Told them and they said they would come back and fix it. The service is incredibly personal and friendly. It doesn’t feel corporate at all — you really get that warm, family-business experience, which is something we love and are always happy to support.

I highly recommend Ducks Solutions! I’ve now used them at two different locations and have been extremely impressed with their service. At my home, they cleaned two large couches, an area rug, and two runners, and I also hired them for carpet cleaning at another location.

What stood out to me most was their team. The technicians were incredibly professional, friendly, thorough, and hardworking. They took their time and genuinely seemed to take pride in the quality of their work. It’s not always easy to find employees who put that kind of effort into both the job itself and the way they interact with customers.

I’ve used larger carpet-cleaning companies in the past, and my experience with Ducks Solutions was far better. The level of personal attention, professionalism, and customer service really sets them apart. Gustavo has also been extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process.

I would give this company six stars out of five, if they were available.  Let me begin with my journey to this amazing company.  
1. I had to make several calls to various companies to just get a quote. Seven to be précised.  Only two responded. DSLLC was different from the get-go. How so?  Well, a very friendly, well-spoken and very knowledgeable customer representative picked up my call immediately. 
2. Since I am new to this service, I have asked many questions.  The customer representative walked me through the process in detail - from beginning to end -  This was great for a newbie like me. He also explained about the products that were going to be used,  (non-toxic, environmentally friendly, safe for pets and children).  This was critical as I have some allergies to harsh products.  Who doesn't these days?  
3.  They scheduled my appointment based on my availability, not theirs.  This is a plus! Many service companies have a waiting list as the idea is to get many customers as possible, whereas DSLLC is to provide an excellent customer experience and then get referrals based on how happy a customer is.  
4.  They sent me a picture of the representative who would show up to do the work, along with his information.  A plus for me, since there are so many scammers these days.
5. William and Jesus showed up just in time. They were very friendly, very professional and did the work above and beyond my expectations.  My sofa bed has dirt and some stains accumulated during the last couple of years, and as you can see in the pictures, the difference was crystal clear!  My sofa looks just when I purchased it, and smells quite clean.  In short, it is spotless!  William and Jesus made sure to clean up and dry any water spills.  They also protected my rug during the upholstery  clean up. 
6. Ruan, the owner, showed up to make sure that I was a happy customer. This was super nice because it made me and my husband field that he really cares for his customers.  He made us feel like family, and not just customers who others do "just business".  To our surprise, DSLLC provides, besides upholstery cleaning,  other cleaning services that I will try in the future such as  carpets, rugs, mattresses, windows, roof, gutter, tile, hardwood floors, solar panels and pressure washing. Wow! 
7.  I had mentioned that only two companies responded to my request. DSLLC and another.  The first company was overpriced.  DSLLC gave me a fair price for a superior service and an amazing customer service experience.  Because of this, I asked Ruan, the owner, to hand me extra business cards to share among my friends and family.  So, they too, get the "family experience" I received.  With this said, I am very pleased with their work, their wonderful employees and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DUCKS SOLUTIONS for your home needs.

Excellent job cleaning my roof ducts. Our house is over 26' feet tall roof. Ducks solutions gained access with his tall ladder, cleaned my roof rain ducts, and also pressure washed the roof ducts.


There was a lot of build up but he was able to do a very thorough and clean job. Also, the price was very reasonable and economical.

Absolutely loved my experience with Ducks Solutions LLC! The guys did a seriously impressive job -- windows are spotless inside and out, and they even took care of the blinds. Full service, top-notch professionalism, and the price was a really pleasant surprise.

There's something genuinely satisfying about seeing work done as well as it possibly can be done, and that's exactly what I got here. Highly recommend without any hesitation!

Needed two bedrooms and two flights of stairs professionally cleaned and sanitized on moving into our new condo unit. The carpets were left extremely and dirty from the previous tenant, and with a baby on the way, I had to get them cleaned ASAP.

Ducks Solutions was super quick with communication for booking, and in getting the job done efficiently. The carpets look bright and  brand new throughout and smell fresh now.

We had a wonderful cleaning experience with Willians at Ducks solution.  He was professional, kind, and courteous and provided excellent service and advice on after care/drying and furniture placement to avoid further stains.  We had two carpeted bedrooms a large area rug and entryway runner cleaned and the outcome of the cleaning was excellent -all look brand new after three years of no cleaning.  Willians was also able to remove stains on our area rugs caused by water spills and that were made worse by our self cleaning that only left larger yellow stains when we tried cleaning with a portable carpet upholstery and machine. Wow, fantastic!! These guys came out the same day I reached out for an appointment, and did a truly amazing job! Three rooms of carpet cleaning and couch cleaning. Our carpets are 15 years old and had so many stains. Not anymore! We have had them professionally cleaned before and I just assumed the stains couldn't come out. I recently booked Duck Solutions for a professional Upholstery Cleaning service on my large L-sectional sofa and ottoman, and I couldn't be happier with the choice.
​First off, the price was great--very fair and transparent compared to other quotes I looked at. Plinio S. was the technician who handled the job, and his communication was top-notch from start to finish. He kept me updated on his arrival time and was just a genuinely cool, professional guy to work with.

I used Yelp to find a good company to provide power washing for my investment property. Out of the 5 companies, I chose Ducks Solutions based on their reviews and they offered the best price. They did a great job setting up the appointment and even contacted me the day before to remind me and also alerted me the day of the job when the service techs were on their way. Jairo arrived in the selected time and he and his partner got right to work. They were very efficient and cleaned the entire building in less than 2 hours. I was not present when they completed the job but they did send me pictures and I visited the next day to observe their work. The building was noticeably cleaner.
